Cleaning contract switched to TNT

The crew behind the checklist.
TNT Enterprizes LLC has been cleaning offices, banks, clinics and homes for many, many years. The people who clean your building are the same people who have been with us for years, because we hire our own staff and keep them.
Every cleaner goes through a screening process before a first shift, is trained in current cleaning practice, and carries the same bond and insurance the company does. Then they work from a written list, so the glass, the fixtures, the restrooms and the floors get the same attention on the tenth visit as on the first.
What the crew works from
Six lines that apply to every visit.
The details of a bank lobby and a gym floor are different. These six are the same.
See each space’s listA checklist on every job
Janitorial work follows a comprehensive checklist of cleaning tasks. A post-construction clean gets its own, and it can be changed to fit the space.
An estimate that shows its math
Free and with no obligation. You see a full breakdown of the projected material and labor costs before anything starts, and the price is set to your budget.
A schedule that suits the building
One time, or weekly, monthly or yearly. Commercial visits are set around the hours your business keeps.
Products and equipment brought to you
Professional-grade, ours by default. If you would rather we use your own, say so and we will.
A green option
HEPA-filter vacuums, microfiber cloths and products that will not harm the environment.
A reschedule that is easy
Call at least three business days ahead and we move the appointment.
Who walks through your door
Screened, trained, and still here next year.
Contractors come and go. Our cleaners are our own employees, trained in current practice, and many have stayed for years. The person who cleaned your office last month is the person who cleans it this month.
For homes and offices that ask for it, the green option swaps in HEPA-filter vacuums and microfiber cloths. Read about green cleaning
